Dear Editor:

All of us at Mama D's Cafe would like to thank the Boothbay Harbor Public Works Department for doing a spectacular job during this winter so far.

We've had multiple storms, lots of snow and ice everywhere. We greatly appreciate their efforts in keeping the roads as clean and safe as possible, for both the staff and our guests.

So thank you Jody Lewis and the whole department. We hope you'll stop in for a coffee and scone when you're out plowing so we can thank you in person.
