Dear Editor:

South Beach on Pratts Island is a beautiful place, with waves rolling toward shore.

Under the rocks is a huge amount of sea life, and it might not continue if something bad happens.

I think destroying the rocks is a silly idea, and anyway, his boat is too big to fit on the dock.

The homeowner man should have thought about it better.

Taking nothing but photos, leave nothing but footprints.

What I think he should do:

1. Put his boat on a mooring and put a dinghy on the dock.

2. There is a boatyard on Southport where he can put his boat.
