Arrests/Summonses

May 20, Gabriella L Laurelez, 25, of Augusta was summonsed for Operate While License Suspended or Revoked, by Chief Larry Hesseltine.

May 21, Kristina Donahue, 43, of Damariscotta was summonsed for Unsafe/Defective Vehicle and Violating Condition of Release, by Officer Nathan Willhoite.

May 22, Peter A. Berry, 31, of Wiscasset was arrested for Burglary, Criminal Trespass and Violating Condition of Release, by Officer Jonathan Barnes.

May 22, Brittany N Dwinal, 29, of Damariscotta was summonsed for Operating With Suspended Registration, by Hesseltine.

May 23, Christina Doray, 42, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Violating Condition of Release, by Hesseltine.

May 25, Brandon R. Mcauliffe, 27, of Bremen was arrested for OUI (alcohol), by Hesseltine.

May 25, John A. Lucas, 23, of Wiscasset was arrested for Criminal Trespass, Criminal Threatening, and Assault, by Hesseltine.

May 26, Hannah R.G. Thomas, 35, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Terrorizing, by Officer Hunter Farrell.

May 29, Jeffrey N. Fink, 60, of Natick, Massachusetts was arrested for OUI (drugs or combo) by Farrell.

May 29, Latricia P. Hanna, 38, of Ocoee, Florida was summonsed for Motor Vehicle Speeding: 30+ MPH by Officer Willhoite.

May 30, Christina M. Doray, 42, of Wiscasset was arrested for Violating Condition of Release, by Willhoite.

May 30, Alice Cromwell, 41, of Wiscasset was arrested for Obstructing Government Administration and Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, by Willhoite.

May 31, Lenan Garricks, 40, of Wiscasset was arrested for Warrant Arrest, by Willhoite.

Accidents

May 18, Hesseltine responded to an accident on Washington Street. Brady Nicholas of Woolwich had a car unoccupied and parked legally. Gage Schutte of Wiscasset was backing out of a parking spot and struck the vehicle. No injuries were reported.

May 19, Farrell responded to an accident on Bath Road. Ellen Dowd, 52, of Camden was traveling northbound when a deer entered the roadway causing Dowd to strike the deer. No injuries were reported.

May 20, Willhoite responded to an accident on Main Street. Brendan Joyce, 45, of Wiscasset was traveling southbound stopped in traffic. Dare Guild, 27, of Portland was traveling southbound and struck the rear of the Joyce vehicle. No injuries were reported.

May 21, Willhoite responded to an accident on Fowle Hill Road. Kristina Donahue, 43, of Damariscotta was traveling eastbound and was unable to stop at the intersection with West Alna Road due to faulty brakes. Donahue went through the intersection and left the roadway. No injuries were reported.

May 22, Officer Daniel Prouty responded to an accident on Bath Road. Douglas K. Cooper, 69, of Wiscasset was turning onto Bath Road from a private business. An unknown vehicle stopped to allow this and Andrew J. Kelley, 66, of Wiscasset made an improper pass, striking Cooper’s vehicle. No injuries were reported.

May 26, Farrell responded to an accident on Gardiner Road. Shania Swift, 32, of Dresden was traveling northbound when a deer ran into the roadway. No injuries were reported.

May 29, Prouty responded to an accident on Main Street. Stephen Signell, 51, of Colchester, Vermont was southbound. Thomas Blake, 74, of Southport was traveling northbound and crossed the center line, striking Signell. No injuries were reported.
