Boothbay Breakfast Club joins the party
The June 26 cocktail party has a new and exciting group of “chefs” participating: the Boothbay Breakfast Club. This is a very diverse group led by Dr Bill Friedman with the able support of Paul Whitehead and Paul Schacknow, Sumner Lipman, Nick Mace, Herman Turndorf, Dave Brooks, and a whole host of supporting individuals. If you read this before the party, hop in the car or boat and head to the club.
Louise reports that we still need party sponsors for the next three weeks. So call her to volunteer, 207-882-5525.

The following day, seven boats set out to rendezvous in Ovens Mouth. After the challenge of anchoring and a plan to meet ashore for cocktails, it was determined that there was no place to disembark. The Mautners came to the rescue and generously hosted 17 of us aboard Slow Poke.
The cruise culminated with a return to the BHYC for a Father’s Day Brunch on June 17. Many thanks to Gregg Shea for coordinating this event. The next cruise sets off on July 5. Sign up to join us and share the fun.
