Alana LaCourse, 9, won the Boothbay’s Got Talent competition and was crowned Miss Windjammer 2019 on Monday night, June 24 at Boothbay Region YMCA. LaCourse did a tap dance routine for her talent presentation.
Other competitors included Imij Armstead, 11; Adaline Barter, 9; and Skyla Carrier, 11.
Past Miss Windjammer and King of the Harbor winners also performed. They included Emerson Harris, Suzie Edwards, Sarah Harris, Sophia Mansfield and Spencer Pottle.
Master of ceremonies was Roosevelt Bishop.
