Excitement is building as plans are being made for this year’s annual Trunk or Treat hosted by the Boothbay Baptist Church. The free, family-friendly event will be held at the Boothbay Region YMCA on Tuesday, Oct. 30, 5:30-7:30 p.m.

This year’s Trunk or Treat will be more fun than ever, with not only many decorated theme tables and folks handing out treats, but also bounce houses, and free homemade chili and hot dogs. Returning this year is the energetic basketball performing dunk team from UMaine. Kids and adults are welcome to come dressed in costume.
