Five fabulous properties are up for grabs, in Heartwood Theater’s annual Online Vacation Property Raffle:  Ireland, France, Italy, Boothbay and Boston. Ticket sales for each property are capped at an unbelievably low 125, and the odds are continually updated online, for informed decision making. Tickets are $50 for all properties except Boston, which is only $25. 

Sales will continue through Saturday, May 12, at 9 a.m. Winning tickets will be drawn on the evening of May 12, during a reception following the final performance of “Bloomsday,” in the Poe Theater.  Winners not present for the drawing will be notified by May 13.

Winning packages include up to $1,000 cash, to be paid directly to each of the five winners, immediately following the drawing.  Tickets are available only via Heartwood’s website at raffle.heartwoodtheater.org, where they may be easily purchased online (payment with check also available for those who prefer).

For a quick, exciting Boston getaway, there is a two-night package for two guests, in the historic College Club of Boston on Commonwealth Ave. This easily accessible location is within easy walking distance of the Theater District, Public Garden, Copley Square, Beacon Hill and Commonwealth Ave. and comes with $500 traveling money and free breakfasts.

A gorgeous repeat property (last included in 2015's raffle) is la Tana del Riccio, a recently renovated luxury villa/boutique vacation home with four suites, in Apulia, Southern Italy. Winner receives six nights for two, including $1,000 expense money.  (One or two youths are also welcome for a small additional nightly charge, in two of the four suites.)

This six night stay for two guests includes $500 expense money.  

This exciting annual fund raiser continues to inspire dreams of travel and vacations.  It reaches far beyond the local community for support; anyone – anywhere - with internet access, can view the possibilities online, purchase tickets, and arrange their own vacation.  Proceeds go to Heartwood’s annual programming for student education and performances, main stage productions and original works.
