It is difficult to talk about hearts without mentioning Valentine’s Day, and the Boothbay Region Health and Wellness Foundation would like to invite the public to celebrate Valentine’s Day with us. Mark your calendars for Saturday, Feb. 14 to join us from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Boothbay Fire House for a heartfelt community celebration, with a potluck supper and a live auction.

Perhaps some community members have already heard of the foundations plans for creating right here on our peninsula, the new Boothbay Region Health Center. We envision this new healthcare center to be a primary healthcare center under community governance to serve the healthcare needs of the Boothbay region community. Please come and join in on the discussion of how we, the community, can help to plan, create, and support this business model for the new Boothbay Region Health Center.
