Southport Planning Board

The Southport Planning Board will hold its regular monthly meeting at the Southport Town Hall on Wednesday, June 7 at 5 p.m.
Items to be considered:
1. A request by SMP R W Land, LLC 20 Hendricks Head Rd. Map 23, Lot 50 - Renewal of building permit
2. A presentation by Robert Faunce, Lincoln County Planner, on updated data sets based on the FEMA flood maps
3. A presentation by Jim Gagnon, Southport Building Inspector, reviewing items discussed at a recent shoreland zone meeting
4. Any new business brought before the Board.
