This year’s Windjammer Days Festival comes to a close this Saturday, but there’s lots to see and do before then!
Friday’s oyster shucking contest and Saturday’s Tug of War Across the Harbor, Rocky Coast Road Race and Lighted Boat Parade are just a few great events to check out.
FRIDAY, JUNE 26
5-10 p.m. Carnival. On selected school fields, Route 27/Townsend Avenue. CANCELED.
5-7 p.m. Oyster Shucking Contest on Pier 1, in front of Mine Oyster.
6:30-8:30 p.m. WMTW Whale Park Stage Concert: Jason Spooner Band
SATURDAY, JUNE 27
6 a.m. Pancake Breakfast at Edgecomb Fire Department, Route 27 in Edgecomb
8 a.m. Rocky Coast Road Race, Boothbay YMCA starting point. Can register the morning of the event.
9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Boothbay Region Crafters: Boothbay Harbor Memorial Library lawn, 4 Oak Street.
11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Carnival On selected school fields, Route 27/Townsend Avenue. CANCELED.
1 p.m. Paddle Board Race, Granary Way near Tidal Transit Kayak Company.
