Windjammer Days Street Parade

The 57th annual Windjammer Days Street Parade was full of great floats, smiling faces, a few animals, music, sirens and horns. Who doesn’t enjoy a parade?! Here are some of the highlights from the Wednesday, June 26 event, led by the parade’s grand marshals, the state championship girls basketball team from Boothbay Region High School.
The first place winning float was the Ice Cream Hut, second place went to Sherrie Brown’s Day Care and third place was awarded to Robinson’s Wharf.
