Dear Editor:

I'm writing with hopes that someone can answer the question, why doesn't Boothbay Harbor allow the "lobster bike run" that used to bring hundreds of paying customers to our region?

From my perspective, they fueled up at our local gas stations, visited downtown shops, ice cream factory, convenience stores, ate at various restaurants, etc., and hopefully enjoyed their experience enough to bring friends next time.

Anyone?
