The Waynflete Flyers of Portland traveled to Boothbay Harbor and ended the Boothbay Region Seahawks’ season with a 5-0 win in the semifinal round of the boys Class C South tennis tournament on Wednesday, June 5.
Boothbay, seeded first in the division, finishes the season at 11-1 while Waynflete, the fourth seed, improved to 10-4 and moves on to the Class C South final to face the winner of the #7 North Yarmouth Academy/#3 Maine Central Institute match.
