The masses descended on Brady's for the Community Lunch Monday, Feb. 6 after a frigid weekend and many folks dealing with frozen and broken pipes.

All were welcomed by Russ and Cathy Pinkham from Pinkham’s Gourmet Market. They provided home baked lasagna, salad, and bread paired with the weekly staple of Momma T's haddock chowder.

Over 70 people greeted each other and consoled those that had suffered through the cold.

Let us all remember, this weekly lunch is not only about food, but about supporting our fellow neighbors in time of need. We welcome all who want to participate in this endeavor.

Next week's lunch will be provided by The First! This is a community effort for our entire peninsula. All are welcome.
