Dear Editor:

The Maine Department of Marine Resources has allowed a few people to go shrimping, get paid for the fuel they use, plus keep the shrimp they catch — expecting to get up to $10 a pound.

I believe all the shrimp fishermen should have the same deal. I think the few that are allowed to go shrimping should be limited to a small amount, but they seem to be as greedy as the dealers that are selling the shrimp for $10 a pound — a ridiculous price.
