Tires weren't free

Dear Editor:
To whomever helped themselves with a set of 16-inch tires from 69 Lakeside Drive, they weren’t free. There was clearly a “For Sale” sign with my phone number on a piece of plywood. I didn’t have a price marked on the sign, but they’re $25.
