Dear Editor:

Cilla Alden came up with the idea and the other members of Studio 53 put into action everything that was required for the Barbara Fischer Eldred retrospective Jan. 2-4, including the use of the Studio 53 facility, assembling the art works, curating, organizing food and wine donations, as well as setting up, hanging and displaying the works in an artistic manner.

The initiative shown by the Studio 53 members was above and beyond that which could ever have been expected. The result has provided the public with the opportunity to see a fantastic art show in a great gallery setting.
