Dear Editor:

Friday, Nov. 5: My 6:30 a.m. weather report from my harbor view window ... total light gray, 55 degrees.

And I heard on my radio last year on the above date, “If you have to go, drive slow ... snow!”

The plows were out and about, and we were swearing and wearing winter boots and clothes.

Hey, it’s Midcoast Maine ... who knows?
