For those who missed Sarah Sherman-McGrail’s recent talk on Southport residents (and Boothbay Harbor folks) during World War II – amply illustrated with a PowerPoint with over 100 photos from that time -- Jonne Trees of BRTV did a wonderful job of filming it for both the TV and also for online, using a neat technique, according to Jim Singer. “He filmed Sarah’s speech with the main screen at the Southport Town Hall in the picture, so the viewer can see partially what she’s addressing. But the he inserted the actual PowerPoint slide in full color, and it makes for a great show!” said Singer.

Her presentation is also currently being aired on Channel 7 at various times.
