The Seahawks baseball team lost 12-1 to Mount Abram May 21 at Stong. The game left them with a 4-7 record, ranked fourth in Class D South.

The Roadrunners scored four runs in the first inning, three in the second, four in the third and one in the fourth. Aidric Canada scored Boothbay’s run in the third inning, and Shawn Gamage had one RBI.  Boothbay had no hits and Mount Abram had eight. 

Maddox Cusumano, Casey Phelps and Aiden Locke pitched for Boothbay. Combined, they threw one strikeout and allowed seven walks and eight earned runs. Boothbay struck out twice and had four walks and one earned run.

Boothbay had two errors and Mount Abram had none.
