The Boothbay-Boothbay Harbor Community School District has scheduled Visioning and Focus Group workshops for its Campus Master Plan.

The CSD is seeking input from “specific key groups that will bring a wide range of perspectives to this process,” according to the flyer posted on the AOS 98 website.

The key focus groups include: the administrative leadership team, educators from all grades, parents, middle school students, high school students, business owners and community members.

The workshops will include the following questions:

1. What is significant about your schools (and explain why)?

2. What are the top 10 desired outcomes that would define success in your schools?

3. What are the top 10 obstacles within your schools that prevent desired outcomes?

4. What teaching/learning/training models are you aware of, or you would like to explore, believed to be unsupported by your existing learning environments?

The workshops will be held Friday, Jan. 17 and Saturday, Jan. 18. The schedule will be:

Jan. 17: AOS 98 administration leadership team, 9 to 10 a.m., at the AOS office; elementary school educators, 10:15 to 11:15 a.m., BRES; middle school educators, 11:30 to 12:30 a.m., BRES; middle school kids, 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., BRES; high school educators, 2:45 to 3:45 p.m., BRHS; high school kids, 4 to 5 p.m., BRHS
