Dear Editor:

If you like the look and feel of driving down Pleasant Street (Route 1) in Brunswick, or better yet, Route 1 in Danvers, Saugus and Lynn entering Boston, you should vote yes on 4.

But if not, please vote no on this poorly constructed omnibus measure. Let’s not spoil our beautiful community with a bunch of cheesy signs.

Nobody in Boothbay really needs larger, brighter signs. We already know where everything is. And summer visitors all use GPS these days, so they don’t need big, flashing signs either.
