Seventeen members and three guests were present when Lodge opened at 7 p.m. March 31. Everyone enjoyed a fish chowder supper prepared for our four new members. Thank you to Garry and Tim for cooking.

The fundraising potluck supper and auction for the Giles family on Saturday was awesome. The turnout and money raised was very good. Thank you to all who participated. Special thanks to Garry, Karen, Tim, Kim, Wayne, Steve, Martin and Reid for setting up the hall for the event.

Attendance at the cribbage tournaments on Sundays continue to be good. Sign-up time is from 11:30 a.m. to noon and the games start shortly after noon. The kitchen is open and everyone is invited to play.

Don't forget the dance on Saturday, April 19 from 7 to 11 p.m. The Murky Waters band will provide the music.

We are all hoping for a speedy recovery for Brother Ed Harrington.
