Informational presentation about Pine Tree Power Oct. 6
Event has passed
There is an opportunity to learn more about the proposed consumer-owned utility for Maine, Pine Tree Power, at the Boothbay Harbor Memorial Library. A presentation by the Climate Action Group of Maine Unitarian Universalist State Advocacy Network will take place at the library from 2:30 to 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 6.
It will provide information about the difference between a consumer-owned utility and our current investor-owned utilities (CMP and Versant), how Pine Tree Power would be structured, and much more. There will be an opportunity following the presentation to ask questions. The presentation is free and open to the public.
