Great auction items at Health Center's annual benefit Saturday
Join us Saturday, Sept. 19 from 5 to 8 p.m. for the fourth annual Hats for Health soiree to benefit the Boothbay Region Health Center. The event takes place at Mine Oyster. It features prizes for the best hats, heavy hors d’oeuvres, live music by the School Street band, and a silent auction with great bargains from lots of local artists, restaurants, and businesses. Tickets are $75/person and available at the door or pre-purchase at the Health Center, at Hawke Motors, or online (boothbayhealthcare.org/events).
Here are just a few of the great silent auction items--all donated to raise money to support our community's independent Health Center, where local family healthcare is convenient and comprehensive--"The Way Healthcare Should Be." Brain Health is also a top priority for the Health Center, since the Boothbay region has the most elderly population in the country (and now, the sharpest)!
