Boothbay Region Elementary School is trying a new fundraiser this year. The money raised is used for supplementing field trips, paying for classroom special requests, purchasing playground equipment, paying for speakers and presenters, and many other requests made.
BRES is partnering with Yankee Candle Fundraising and 40 percent of every sale will be given to the school.

Yankee Candle Fundraising offers two ways to shop -- catalog and online. Students will be showing the catalog to prospective purchasers. The catalog provides excellent photos of the products and there are some scented pages where you can rub your finger across a dotted circle to release the fragrance of a particular candle.
