Dear Editor:

Four stars for our ambulance service medics and Miles Memorial Hospital, and thanks to my friends who found me out cold on the sidewalk and realized I needed a helping hand.

Not a fun day, but it was a great opportunity to learn first hand how skilled our ambulance folks are and what caring and professional service was shown to me at Miles. I can't imagine how I could have received better care at any other hospital.
