The 2025 Boothbay Harbor Tuna Challenge started Aug. 31, with 100 teams competing for over $100,000 in prize money. Fishing ends Sept. 4. These scenes are from Sept. 3.
As of Wednesday afternoon, Captain Nick Morley and the Locked n Loaded team led the tournament with an 832-pound tuna, while Cameron Throp and the Endorfin team had the most overall tuna caught at 1,654 pounds between three fish.
