Dear Editor:

Upon receiving a letter and a survey from Lincoln Medical Partners, in which both my name and my doctor’s name were incorrect, I called Lincoln Medical Partners to correct the mistakes.

The Roman numeral II had been left off my name and the middle initial of my doctor’s name was missing. One week later, I received another letter and survey from Lincoln Medical Partners and the mistakes had not been corrected.

I called Lincoln Medical Partners a second time. I got the answering machine on which I left the message about my name and my doctor’s name being incorrect. Lincoln Medical Partners never called me back. Lincoln Medical Parnters has dropped its responsibility.
