Don Carrigan, '207' to feature Community Lunch

Monday's Community Lunch hosted by Shore Hills Campground and Reny Construction brought in some special visitors in Don Carrigan and his videographer Scout from the WCSH6 program "207." The pair had been tipped off by former NBC producer Matthew Longfellow that the community lunches held at Brady's all winter long would be a great feature story for an upcoming episode of the program. Don agreed and arrived early to set up and interview ringleader Tancy Mitchell, this week's host Jean Reny, former hosts Earl Brewer and Rich Elliott, volunteers, and attendees.
As always, the lunch was well attended with several new faces along with the faithful Monday lunch bunch. Don and Scout were able to get a great feel for what the lunches mean to the Boothbay community and they themselves enjoyed a hearty lunch, meeting new people along the way. The episode is scheduled to air sometime next week and will be posted to various social media channels. Thanks to all who attended this week, and we look forward to Freedom Auto next week! Cheers!!
