On Friday, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office continued its search for 36-year-old Casey Main of Wiscasset. Main was reported missing Thursday morning. The initial search centered in the Westport Island and Wiscasset area and included both ground and air resources.

Friday's ground search was centered in Wiscasset and a search using divers in the Back River near Main’s last known location in Wiscasset. As of 5:30 p.m. Friday, neither Main nor his vehicle have been located and the search on the water continues.

The urgency to locate him is heightened by a medical condition that needs consistent medical treatment.

The Sheriff’s Office has been assisted in this search by Lincoln County EMA, Lincoln County Search and Rescue Team, Maine State Police, Maine Marine Patrol, Wiscasset Fire and Ambulance, and the Westport Fire Department.

Main is 6 feet tall, 170 pounds with very short brown hair and a goatee. His vehicle is a gray 2003 four-door Toyota Camry with Maine license plate 3532 UF and a gold Toyota emblem on the grill.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office at 207-882-7332.
