Julie Cromwell has been named 2026 Maine State REALTOR® of the Year

Julie has been a REALTOR® since 1996 and is broker/owner of Cromwell Coastal Properties in Woolwich. Julie served as president of her local REALTOR® Council, the Lincoln County Council of the Mountains to Shore Board of REALTORS® three separate times, the first in 1999, then 2017 and again last year in 2025. Over the course of her 30-year career, Julie has served as a director for the Maine Association of REALTORS® for nearly all of those years, and has served her local board, state level committees and task forces, and also for the National Association of REALTORS® with dedication and passion for our industry. 

Julie stays active in the Lincoln County area through her service to Midcoast Humane and within her area as a tax assessor! Julie makes her REALTOR® community and the Lincoln County communities better!

The State REALTOR® of the Year recipient is chosen from among the 11 nominees of the local REALTOR® associations and more than 6,400 REALTORS® in Maine. The award recognizes a REALTOR® for their contributions to the real estate profession on state, local, and national levels.
