BRHS boys basketball team honored

The 2023-2024 Boothbay Region High School boys basketball team was chosen as the recipients of the Class C South Good Sportsmanship Award.
The award was presented during halftime of the Class C boys championship game at Augusta Civic Center on Saturday, March 2. Nine members of the team and Coach Dan Hallinan were on hand to receive the award.
According to the Maine Principals’ Association website, this is the sixth time the BRHS boys basketball team has won the award. The award was established in 1985.
