Dec. 2-3 – Holiday Festival, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., St. Columba’s Episcopal Church, Emery Lane, Boothbay Harbor. Held by Boothbay Region Garden Club

Dec. 3 – Boothbay Region Historical Society Open House, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 72 Oak St., Boothbay Harbor.

Dec. 3 – Santa, Mrs. Claus and friends arrive by boat, 3 p.m. Photo opportunities at the Pot Buoy tree on Pier 1.

Dec. 3 – Lighted Boat Parade, Blessing of the Fleet and Fireworks. Parade starts at 6:45 p.m. in the outer harbor. Boats enter the inner harbor from the west and circle past the fish pier for the blessing. Fireworks will follow the parade around 7:30.

Dec. 3-4 – North Pole Express, 10:45 a.m.-4 p.m., Boothbay Railway Village Museum

Dec. 10 – Santa Story Time, 4-4:30 p.m., Boothbay Harbor Memorial Library

Dec. 10 – Ornament Contest Drop-off at Brown’s Wharf, Boothbay Harbor, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Santa and Mrs. Claus to greet people and judging will be finalized and winners notified beginning at 3 p.m.
