On April 12, Roland Gagne, past president of the Biddeford Saco Rotary Club, will speak on World Polio Day. Gadne, a successful financial advisor, has been a leader in Rotary global grant projects.

The suspense is immense! Who will be this year’s recipient of Rotary’s Lifetime Service Award? The recipient will be revealed at the Rotary Clubhouse on Thursday, April 19 at 6 p.m.

Thanks to Irene Fowle and her team, the 22nd annual Soup Bowl Supper was a huge success. This Rotary sponsored event benefits Rebuilding Together and the Watershed Center for Ceramic Arts.

Six Rotarian leaders joined Rotary’s Annual Training on Saturday, April 7.  An inspirational half day was impressive. Chip Griffin, Judy deGraw, Fleet Davies, Frank Helman, Alice Mutch, and prospective member Bill Prince brought back many creative ideas to our club.
