The Boneheads: Celebrating 35 years!
The Boneheads are celebrating 35 years of making music with a dance party at Watts Hall Community Arts, 174 Main Street, in Thomaston, on Friday, Oct. 16, from 7 to 9:30 p.m.
For 35 years, The Boneheads have been rocking venues throughout Maine and beyond, according to a Community Arts news release. The band has released eight studio albums, toured the East Coast, and played thousands of bar gigs. Along the way, they have shared the stage with legendary acts including The Band, Dr. John, Bo Dudley, B.B. King, Little Feat, and NRBQ.
"The Boneheads will bring a mix of danceable covers and original music to Watts Hall for a celebration that promises to get people moving," said the news release.
Their original sound has been described by The Washington Post as “Dr. John meets the Band Americana.”
Tickets are $22 in advance or $27 the day of the show, if available. Tickets are available through Watts Hall Community Arts: https://www.wattshallthomaston.com/upcoming-events/the-boneheads-celebrate-35-years
