Dear Editor: 

The Project Graduation Committee would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to everyone who participated in this year’s Alumni Basketball Game.  

The game itself was memorable. With alumni ranging from the Class of 1994 through the Class of 2025, the day was filled with energy, laughter, and connection. Rather than a fierce rivalry, the matchup between the blue and gold teams showcased camaraderie and community spirit.This year we were able to round up some alumni cheerleaders, too!  Fans filled the stands, cheering and laughing throughout the event—it truly was a great time for all 

The event’s success was made possible by the parents and students who donated concession items, worked at the concession stand and door, and helped with setup and cleanup.We especially appreciated the involvement of this year’s seniors. They were the team captains, clock operators, referees, and emcees. And thanks to Mr. Dacus who volunteered to referee this rowdy bunch. 

Thanks to this incredible community support, we were able to successfully raise funds for the class trip to Adventure Bound for white-water rafting. We are deeply grateful to everyone who helped make this event such a success.
