Healthy Kids will be offering Active Parenting: The First Five Years to parents and caregivers of children in that age range. The program covers child development, temperament, mindfulness, brain development, self-calming, special needs, school readiness and more.

Classes will be held at Healthy Kids office, 15 Belvedere Rd. Damariscotta on four Wednesdays from 1-3 beginning Sept. 10. Children can attend with their parents and stay with their parent or play in the playroom.
