Page Brown scored 23 points and Faith Blethen poured in 22 as the Boothbay Region High School girls varsity basketball team defeated the visiting Lisbon Greyhounds, 75-46, on Saturday, Dec. 16. Chloe Arsenault added 11 and Sydney Meader and Glory Blethen had eight points each.

Prior to the start of the game, Brown was given a framed certificate of achievement for becoming the eighth BRHS player to score 1,000 points in her career, which she achieved on Thursday, Dec. 14 at Mt. Abram.

Lisbon was led by Giana Russo with 20 points.

Boothbay, now 2-0, will host Monmouth on Monday, Dec. 18.
