Dear Editor:

"Women Helping Women" was the theme for our annual PEO Games Day this year. Our members of Chapter G wish to thank the women and men who helped make the event on June 23 so successful.

A big shout-out to Cody Mitchell of BRCTV, St. Andrews Village, the Boothbay Harbor Rotary Club, and Susan Blagdon, the director of the sanctioned bridge match. Those who attended played mah jongg, Scrabble, other board games, party bridge, and duplicate bridge. They enjoyed cakes, pies and cookies made by our chapter members.

Each person who bought a ticket or made a donation knew that the funds were applied to helping women further their education by funding scholarships, very low interest loans, and continuing education grants.
