Phil Chapman of American Legion Post 36 announced Monday that a boat trip for disabled veterans will be held Thursday, Sept. 22.

At 9 a.m. Sept. 22, the veterans will meet at the Tugboat Inn, Commercial Street, Boothbay Harbor for coffee and doughnuts. The boat trips will commence at 11 a.m., and after the boat trips, all will enjoy hamburgers and hot dogs at Tugboat Inn.

A meeting with the participating boat captains will be held Sept. 19.
