The Rev. Ken R. Bradsell, Reformed Church of American minister currently serving as senior pastor of the Protestant church in Oman, will be the guest minister at the Congregational Church of Boothbay Harbor this Sunday, Aug. 28.

The population of Oman is 75 percent Muslim. Rapid development resulting from oil wealth has attracted thousands of foreign workers to Oman. Many are Christians from Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa, and America. The Protestant Church in Oman provides them with a place to gather for worship and community.

Rev. Bradsell will preach at the 10 a.m. worship service. Ken and his wife, Marcia, live in Boothbay Harbor and plan to spend retirement years here. Everyone is welcome at the Congregational Church.
