Dear Editor:

I have pondered the pros/cons of a rotary at the town center and have come to the conclusion that I cannot support this proposal. Drive past the town center and notice the gated drive leading to the golf course. What does that gate tell you? It speaks volumes to me. 

In all the years that we have been visiting and living in this community, it has always been welcoming and open. Then someone appears who not only wants to own a town but wants to change the environment to suit that individual. I would be disappointed to see this wonderful community go from a Bedford Falls to a Pottersville.

If the subject of a rotary goes to a vote, I will be voting no. If there is community support for this project and it should pass so be it, but it will not be with my vote or support.
