The Performing arts class at Boothbay Region High School will be performing the classic radio play, “The Lone Ranger” on Tuesday, Jan. 20 at 6 p.m. in the auditorium.

The script is from an original 1946 production and is entitled “FEAR.” Hayden (Jimmy) Brewer produces the sound effects, acoustically, and through iPad and computer.

The actors are: Jared Morgan, Elisabeth (Beth) Wright, Annielyn MacKusick, Kenny Hicks, Nathanial (Nate) Sample, Marissa (Ris) Farnham, Sam Teele, Tori Morin and Eve Dolloff. The students have had fun with this melodramatic work and will be performing it as their semester final.

As always, for a drama class production, there is no charge, but a donation will be taken for those who choose to do so. “Hi Ho Silver — Away!”

The high school is located at 236 Townsend Avenue in Boothbay Harbor.
