Don't wait until it's too late. Take a chance on the Boothbay Region High School Junior Class Gift Tree Raffle.

One winner will take home $1,000 in prizes and gift certificates including everything from 10 Maine lobsters to two tickets to "The Nutcracker," a Christmas tree and wreath, 10 movie passes to Harbor Theater, autographed books and much more.

Tickets are $2 each or a book of six for $10 and can be purchased from any BRHS junior, or at the Early Bird Sale on Nov. 22 in front of Janson's Clothing Store from 6 a.m. through 11 a.m.

The class will also have Christmas wreaths on sale; at the Harbor Lights Festival on Dec. 6 again in front of Janson's from 8 a.m. through 2 p.m., and on Dec. 13 and 14 at the Opera House Gingerbread Spectacular from 10 a.m. through 4 p.m.

The raffle drawing will be held at 4 p.m. Dec. 14 at the Opera House.
