Boothbay Baptist Church will host its second annual flu clinic on Sunday, Oct. 5, beginning at noon downstairs in the Fellowship Hall. Rite Aid pharmacists will be on hand to administer flu shots.

Anyone interested in receiving a flu shot should sign up at the church before or after Sunday worship service and take a medical questionnaire to be filled out in advance and brought with them on Oct. 5, or call the Rite Aid Pharmacy.

The church will provide a light lunch of soup and bread for those who participate in receiving a flu shot.

Boothbay Baptist Church is located at 999 Wiscasset Road, across from the Common at Boothbay Center. Sunday worship service begins at 10:15 a.m. For more information call the church office, 207-633-7378.
