It’s February 27 and spring is less than a month away, but the thermometer outside reads -2 F.  By now people are fed up with the Maine winter blues. Although we’ll never get comfortable with the cabin fever, cheer up! Even in the coldest parts of the Boothbay region, there are signs of warmer days ahead.
