Death Cafes in Boothbay and Damariscotta will have the first meetings of the new year on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014. The Damariscotta meeting will be held at Savory Maine from 9 to 10:30 a.m. The Boothbay meeting will be held at MacNab's Tea House from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Both events are free of charge and refreshments will be provided.

Lynne Tobin, licensed professional counselor, will facilitate.
