We, the people
Dear Editor:
People need to read our Constitution!
Our forefathers wanted to keep government small and controlled by the people, with elected representatives. We have too many bureaucrats in government not elected officials, unjust judges. People have milked the system with to many welfare programs! They expect the government to take care of them.
People used to trust God, help each other out, work hard. There was equal opportunities and success for businesses. Credit and modern technology and government programs have kept people in poverty and or debt or both.
There is corruption and lies from both political parties. People don’t know what to believe anymore. Hard-working people have been taxed unfairly and tax dollars have been spent foolishly and abused by bureaucrats. Our government got us into way too much debt but elites have made money at the people’s expense!
Harvard has abused over $2 billion in tax-funded dollars. Antisemitism is rampant in colleges. Children are learning diversity under the guise of loving and accepting everyone the way they are or believe they are. The Bible teaches us to love and accept people and forgive but it teaches us morality and right and wrong. Now right is called wrong and wrong is called right!
Every country needs laws and we need accountability and responsibility.
We have many good teachers who need to be allowed to get back to basics. Academics: reading, writing, math, history, geography, etc. America was founded to escape religious persecution or one world religion. Liberty and Justice for all!
Wake up America! Core values. God has blessed this country because of our ancestors’ faith, trust and beliefs. Search your hearts and God-given conscience!
The absolute truth is Jesus died for sinners. We are all sinners! We can choose Jesus or choose the lies of Satan. Jesus doesn’t want puppets or robots. He loves us and wants us to love him but he never forces this on us.
He, not man or men, will heal our country if we return to Him and common sense otherwise we will be destroyed from within.
