The historic Strand Theatre, Midcoast Maine's premiere entertainment venue, has been entertaining audiences since 1923. Located in beautiful downtown Rockland, the Strand presents independent and first release films, live music, Met Opera and other live broadcasts, educational programs, and community events.
 
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Strand Theatre Box Office Window is located outside the theater at 345 Main Street in Rockland, Maine. 
 
FILM TICKET SALES
The Box Office opens 30 minutes before regularly scheduled films. 
Regular Admission $9.00
Seniors (65+) & Child (12 and under) $8.00
Matinees $8.00
Strand Members $7.00

LIVE EVENT TICKET SALES
Please note that a $2.50 processing fee applies to live event and HD broadcast tickets.

Tickets for select events may be purchased in advance in the following ways:
